One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Mechanical for their Mechanical & Electrical Department, to oversee mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring safe operations and high-quality technical standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across machinery, piping, and equipment systems.
• Allocate tasks to mechanical technicians and ensure work is carried out according to technical drawings, operational procedures, and project specifications.
• Monitor mechanical works to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Inspect mechanical equipment, machinery, and components to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of mechanical tools, equipment, and materials.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce safety standards within the team.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and daily activity logs.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical supervision, maintenance, or installation in industrial or mechanical environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, piping, and industrial maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong team leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical safety standards and procedures.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
