One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Hydraulic & Chemical Cleaning for their Pipe & Outfitting Department, to oversee hydraulic and chemical cleaning operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality cleaning of piping systems and related equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise hydraulic flushing, chemical cleaning, and pipe cleaning operations in accordance with project specifications and procedures.
• Allocate tasks to cleaning technicians and operators, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor cleaning processes to ensure effectiveness, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Inspect equipment such as pumps, hoses, valves, and chemical dosing systems to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of chemicals, cleaning agents, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues in hydraulic or chemical cleaning operations and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards within the team.
• Maintain cleaning logs, inspection reports, and daily activity records.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of cleaning tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hydraulic or chemical cleaning supervision, preferably in industrial or piping projects.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, chemical cleaning processes, and industrial safety procedures.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage cleaning operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental standards related to chemical handling.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding industrial and field environments.
