One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Heavy Equipment Maintenance for their Production Support Department, to oversee maintenance and repair activities of heavy machinery, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heavy equipment and machinery in accordance with project schedules and procedures.
• Allocate tasks to maintenance technicians and mechanics, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure operational reliability and compliance with safety standards.
• Inspect machinery, tools, and spare parts to ensure proper functioning and timely maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of maintenance tools, equipment, and materials.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce safety standards within the team.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and daily activity records.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimal equipment downtime.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance supervision.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, preventive maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage daily maintenance operations effectively.
• Understanding of safety procedures and standards for heavy equipment.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
