One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Plant for their Production Support Department, to oversee plant operations and maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise plant operations, machinery, and equipment maintenance in accordance with project procedures and operational plans.
• Allocate tasks to plant operators, technicians, and maintenance teams, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor plant performance to ensure operational reliability, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.
• Inspect machinery, control systems, and equipment to ensure proper functioning and timely maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of plant equipment, tools, and materials.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and enforce health, safety, and operational standards within the team.
• Maintain plant logs, inspection reports, and daily activity records.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant supervision or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of plant machinery, operational processes, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage daily plant operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and operational standards.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
