Job Role:

To support this growth, our client is seeking technical experts who have direct experience with high-end German and industrial textile machinery to lead the factory operations team in Vietnam. The Production Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the manufacturing process for the industrial protection line. This role requires a leader who understands the technical nuances of Warp Knitting technology and can ensure high-volume output without compromising material integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Execution: Lead daily operations for the industrial protection lines, ensuring all output meets global safety and technical specifications.
• Process Optimization: Fine-tune machinery settings to achieve peak production volume with minimal material waste.
• Talent Development: Recruit and train local Vietnamese operators, establishing a culture of "Quality First" and precision in technical textile manufacturing.
• Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and enforce SOPs to ensure consistent product integrity for the B2B global market.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 3–5 years of management experience in an established plant, within Production Management roles, specifically in the industrial textile or geosynthetics sector.
• Technical Expertise: Direct experience working with, or purchasing from, high-end industrial textile machinery manufacturers and after-sales providers.
• Language: Professional fluency in English (capable of handling international reports and understanding technical terms).
• Mobility: Willingness to reside in Vietnam long-term to support the ongoing growth of the regional headquarters.
