Job Role:

As part of its aggressive internationalization strategy, the company is establishing a specialized subsidiary in Vietnam. This new entity will serve as a strategic hub for Southeast Asian operations, focusing on expanding the network of core local enterprises and integrating the Vietnamese market into the company’s global supply chain finance ecosystem.

The General Manager (Vietnam) will play a key role in establishing and strengthening the company’s presence in the Vietnamese market. This position is responsible for the overall P&L, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the Vietnam subsidiary. The role requires a strong combination of financial expertise and business development capability to bridge the headquarters’ strategic resources with the unique requirements of Vietnam’s industrial and financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Responsible for the overall strategic planning and executive leadership of the Vietnamese subsidiary, ensuring all local operations align with the Group’s global vision.
  • Business Development & Expansion: Expand the network of "Core Enterprises" within Vietnam and lead the development of international factoring and supply chain finance services.
  • Operational Optimization: Lead and optimize the company’s operational processes to enhance management efficiency, digital platform adoption, and overall profitability.
  • P&L & Performance Management: Formulate and implement the annual business plan to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives, revenue targets, and growth milestones.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain strong, high-level relationships with Vietnamese government agencies, industry organizations, financial institutions, and business partners.
  • Internationalization: Advance the company’s internationalization efforts by developing overseas operations and integrating the Vietnam hub into the group's global financial technology ecosystem.
  • Team Development: Manage and develop the senior management team in Vietnam to enhance overall capabilities, cross-cultural collaboration, and leadership excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Vietnamese nationality with native-level Vietnamese and strong local work experience in Vietnam
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • Strong expertise in international factoring, supply chain finance, and fintech platform operations
  • Excellent decision-making ability with strong risk management awareness
  • Proven leadership, team-building capability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to develop new markets (0-to-1)
  • Strong business acumen with cross-cultural management capability
  • English proficiency required for professional communication; Mandarin preferred for headquarters reporting
