Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for various business applications.
• Optimize AI architectures for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, data, and research teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and fine-tune models using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest research in generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and related fields.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on AI model development and best practices.
• Ensure AI solutions meet ethical guidelines, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative AI models.
• Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant libraries (Transformers, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.).
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI applications.
• Solid understanding of model deployment, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
