One of our reputed clients in the Retail Industry is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join their growing in-store and online sales team. The role focuses on assisting walk-in customers, handling inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience while driving sales.

The ideal candidate should be a customer-focused sales professional who can confidently engage with customers, understand their requirements, and deliver exceptional service both in-store and through digital communication channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store, providing product information and recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries received via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable products or services.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively explain features, benefits, and pricing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper records.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and after-sales service when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional customer service experience at all times.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s visual appearance, product displays, and cleanliness.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Support the team in improving overall customer service standards and sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
• Strong ability to communicate with customers both in person and through digital channels (WhatsApp and phone).
• Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone literacy.
• Ability to learn about products quickly and explain them clearly to customers.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
