The role focuses on handling day-to-day social media activities, coordinating with the graphic designer and video editor, and ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms.

The ideal candidate should be a proactive digital professional who understands social media trends, can communicate effectively with internal teams, and contribute to building a strong online brand presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and monitor the company’s social media platforms, including posting, responding to messages, and engaging with followers.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate closely with the graphic designer and video editor to develop high-quality social media content.
• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Track social media trends and recommend ideas to improve engagement and reach.
• Assist in planning social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor social media performance and provide basic insights on engagement and audience response.
• Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with designers, editors, and marketing teams.
• Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools and analytics is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media channels simultaneously.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
