Experience: LAP experience preferred (other loan tele-sales profiles can also apply)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive for our NBFC operations. Candidates with experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) will be given preference. However, candidates with experience in other loan tele-sales profiles such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Gold Loan, or any secured/unsecured loan products are also encouraged to apply.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for promoting Loan Against Property (LAP) and other loan products

• Generate quality leads through tele-calling and convert prospects into customers by effectively communicating product benefits

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products matching their financial needs

• Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and calling metrics as assigned by management

• Follow up with interested prospects through multiple touchpoints to ensure loan application completion

• Coordinate with field sales teams and loan processing teams for smooth customer onboarding

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally while maintaining excellent customer service

• Stay updated with current loan schemes, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements

• Conduct need analysis and qualify leads based on eligibility parameters before forwarding to the sales team

• Maintain high standards of compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions

• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

• Generate daily and weekly reports on calling activity, lead generation, and conversion ratios

Additional Information

This is 6 days work from office - alternate Saturday off

Interview Process: 2 Rounds Virtual

1 Round could be Virtual/F2F
