You will be responsible for driving growth by optimizing campaigns, reducing acquisition costs, and scaling revenue efficiently.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA/CAC)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across funnels and landing pages
- Plan and manage budget allocation and scaling strategies
- Track and report on key metrics including CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period
- Highly data-driven mindset with analytical skills
- Ability to scale successful campaigns and quickly cut underperforming ones
- Experience in funnel optimization rather than just traffic generation
