Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Functional Owner for the HRM Attendance & Time-Tracking module
• Gather business requirements and configure the system to meet client needs, including: Complex shift patterns Overtime rules Geo-fencing configurations
• Consult with global stakeholders to recommend best-practice workforce management solutions
• Deliver online user training (in English) on the HRM platform
• Provide night shift support for US-based clients
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the HRM system and confidently conduct product demonstrations
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for their needs internally
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Prepare: Project plans Meeting minutes Status updates
• Support pre-sales activities alongside the sales team to win new business

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in: Time & Attendance systems Workforce Management (WFM) modules within an HRIS
• Proven experience in: Providing functional solutions Consulting stakeholders on attendance workflows
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably in: Implementation Project Management Business Analysis
• Project management certifications or training are an added advantage

• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)
• Strong presentation and training abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Highly organized with strong time management and planning skills
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Passion for helping users understand systems and processes
• Knowledge of Human Resource Management is an added advantage
