As we expand our national footprint, City Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations – Retail Pharmacy to lead and elevate the operational performance of all City Pharmacy outlets nationwide.

This is a senior leadership role suited for an operational expert with strong retail experience and a passion for customer‑centric excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Operations – Retail Pharmacy will:

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across all retail pharmacy branches
• Ensure full compliance with pharmacy, regulatory, and safety standards
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and operational consistency
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimise branch performance
• Strengthen customer experience through best‑practice operations
• Improve profitability through strategic planning and execution
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver business priorities

• Strong background in retail operations (pharmacy experience is an advantage)
• Proven leadership, team management, and people‑development capabilities
