MANAGER – BOOKKEEPING
Requirements to apply:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in bookkeeping, including team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Fully qualified in CA, CMA, ACCA, or any other recognized professional accounting qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and QuickBooks (knowledge of additional accounting software is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

Bookkeeping and Accounting Oversight:
- Review and manage the accounting team’s outputs.
- Collaborate with the senior team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Work in a consultative capacity to drive strategic improvements within the bookkeeping function.
Customer Success Management:
- Strengthen client relationships by managing client communications effectively.
- Ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and are aligned with agreed requirements.
- Utilize the current customer database to identify new opportunities and support conversion.
- Prepare proposals based on specific client needs and assist in closing deals, leveraging an excellent conversion rate.
Team Coordination and Leadership:
- Lead and support the team in achieving their goals, providing guidance and feedback.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with management to meet strategic targets and contribute to revenue generation.
Strategic Contribution:
- Work closely with the management team on high-level reviews and strategic decision-making.
- Focus on improving customer delivery and enhancing service quality.
