MANAGER – BOOKKEEPING

Requirements to apply:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in bookkeeping, including team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Fully qualified in CA, CMA, ACCA, or any other recognized professional accounting qualification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and QuickBooks (knowledge of additional accounting software is an advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

If you are selected for the vacancy your job responsibilities would include:

Bookkeeping and Accounting Oversight:

  • Review and manage the accounting team’s outputs.
  • Collaborate with the senior team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Work in a consultative capacity to drive strategic improvements within the bookkeeping function.

Customer Success Management:

  • Strengthen client relationships by managing client communications effectively.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and are aligned with agreed requirements.
  • Utilize the current customer database to identify new opportunities and support conversion.
  • Prepare proposals based on specific client needs and assist in closing deals, leveraging an excellent conversion rate.

Team Coordination and Leadership:

  • Lead and support the team in achieving their goals, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with management to meet strategic targets and contribute to revenue generation.

Strategic Contribution:

  • Work closely with the management team on high-level reviews and strategic decision-making.
  • Focus on improving customer delivery and enhancing service quality.
