Job Overview: We are looking for an Associate Tech Lead (.NET) to oversee technical development, guide the team, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in designing and developing applications
• Define technical architecture and development standards
• Mentor and support team members in technical growth
• Review code and ensure best practices are followed
• Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Manage sprint planning and task allocation
• Identify and resolve technical risks and issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
• 6–9 years of experience in .NET development
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs
• Experience in system architecture and design patterns
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with databases (SQL Server)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Microservices architecture experience
• Agile/Scrum experience
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge
