What You'll Do

• Help gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Sit in on workshops, sprint planning, and meetings then help action outcomes
• Assist with creating functional specs and data flow diagrams
• Support UAT by helping define test cases and tracking results
• Research features, competitors, and trends to inform product decisions
• Compile user feedback and product insights for the team

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying Business, Information Systems, CS, or related field
• Sharp analytical mind with great attention to detail
• Clear communicator written and verbal
• Curious about how enterprise software gets built and delivered
• Proactive, collaborative, and ready to roll up your sleeves

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum
• Basic understanding of AI or LLM-powered tools
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Lucidchart
• Basic SQL knowledge or comfort working with data
