About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the market entry and business expansion in Indonesia. This is a highly strategic role with end-to-end ownership, covering entity setup, go-to-market execution, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Entry & Setup

  • Lead the establishment of the company’s legal and operational presence in Indonesia
  • Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure compliance and smooth setup
  • Localize and execute the go-to-market strategy

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners across B2B and B2C channels
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and direct engagement
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics

Distributor & Retail Management

  • Build and maintain strong distributor relationships
  • Develop pricing and product strategies aligned with market positioning
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across retail channels, including in-store execution and promotions

Project Sales Development

  • Engage with developers, architects, and consultants to drive project-based sales
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects
  • Position the brand as a preferred partner for premium developments

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, covering both B2B and B2C
  • Proven track record in market entry and channel development
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and results orientation
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business growth
