THE ROLE

We are looking for Online Research & Campaign Operations Specialists to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting global client campaigns through data research, data cleansing, lead generation, data management, and campaign operations. You will work with modern tools and automated systems while also handling manual tasks that require critical thinking and communication.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo, with the opportunity to transition into a remote role after the training period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Research and identify companies and decision-makers based on client requirements (ICP)

● Source, verify, clean, and maintain accurate data for campaigns

● Manage and monitor automated outreach tools and accounts

● Conduct quality checks (QC) to ensure campaign accuracy and performance

● Step into conversations when needed to improve engagement and conversions

● Support campaign strategies to drive reviews, meetings, and results

● Handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting priorities efficiently

● Generate daily and weekly reports on performance and progress

● Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or process gaps

● Collaborate closely with internal teams and managers to achieve targets

QUALIFICATIONS

● School leavers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply

● Basic proficiency in English communication (written and spoken)

● Good understanding of technology, tools, and platforms

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy

● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes

● Good time management and multitasking skills

● Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an added advantage
