Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to support the quality assurance of our web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in manual testing and hands-on knowledge of automation testing tools.

This role is suited for someone who is passionate about software quality and eager to grow in both manual and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues

Design, write, and execute test cases and test scenarios

Develop and maintain basic automation test scripts

Report bugs with clear documentation and reproducible steps

Perform regression testing after bug fixes and feature updates

Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues

Maintain testing documentation and test reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good understanding of software testing concepts (QA fundamentals)

Hands-on knowledge of at least one automation testing tool

(e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

Familiarity with web application testing

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Good communication and documentation skills

Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of JavaScript / Python for automation

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)

Understanding of API testing tools (Postman, etc.)

Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
