We are looking for a Senior Customer Care Executive with experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, SEO, website content management, and campaign coordination.

Key requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience managing multiple social media pages/brands
  • Good knowledge of content creation, reels/videos, SEO, and website updates
  • Exposure to digital advertising and campaign monitoring
  • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
