THE JOB

As a Cloud & IT Infrastructure Associate, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s cloud and IT infrastructure. You will work with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments to ensure system performance, security, and reliability.

Key duties include:

Managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure (Azure VMs, storage, networking)

Administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (user access, policies, security)

Automating routine tasks using PowerShell scripting

Monitoring system performance, availability, and security

Managing network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls

Supporting email systems (Exchange Online) and resolving technical issues

Handling endpoint security, patch management, and updates

Supporting VPN and remote access solutions

Maintaining IT documentation and system logs

Managing VoIP systems (e.g., 3CX)

Ensuring compliance with IT security standards and audit requirements

Troubleshooting and resolving cloud, server, and network issues

THE PERSON

We are looking for a proactive, technically skilled, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.

Ideal candidate profile:

Holds an HND or Diploma in IT or a related field

Possesses relevant certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900) – an added advantage

Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar technical role

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, and system administration

Familiar with scripting (PowerShell) and automation practices

Demonstrates strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and security

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Shows creativity, openness to learning, and strategic thinking

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
