Job Description:
Duties & responsibilities:
• Lead and execute capital markets and Land transactions including acquisition, disposition, and structured deals across asset classes (office, retail, warehousing, residential bulk deals, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, developers, funds, and HNIs
• Source new business opportunities and contribute to revenue generation targets
• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, pitch decks, and marketing materials
• Conduct market research, asset valuation, and financial analysis to support transactions
• Coordinate with legal, technical, and compliance teams to ensure smooth deal closures
• Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle from origination to closure
• Track market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activity
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
To apply Must to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3 to 10 years of experience in Capital Markets / Investment Advisory / Real Estate Transactions
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets in India
• Proven track record of closing high-value transactions Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Identify and understand client needs clearly
• Articulate communication skills are a must

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate must, post graduate qualifications preferred
• 7+ years of work experience across Sales
Additional Information:
• This is 5 days work from office role
• There are 2 technical rounds in the process. (one round will be F2F)
Required Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.)
