Job Role:

The Senior HRBP Manager is a strategic position designed to strengthen the company’s HR governance, internal policy frameworks, and compliance with Indonesian labor law. You will be responsible for standardizing employment contracts, building policy frameworks for the employees, and acting as a core advisor to leadership on organizational structure and HR risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Governance: Strengthen and build the company's HR governance and internal policy frameworks from the ground up.
  • Compliance Leadership: Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian labor law (UU Cipta Kerja) and stay updated on evolving regulations to mitigate organizational risk.
  • Contract Standardization: Structure and standardize all employment contracts and internal HR frameworks to support professional growth.
  • Employee Relations & Risk: Manage complex employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and sensitive HR risk situations with professionalism and fairness.
  • Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on HR strategy, organizational structure, and performance management.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement a clear Employee Handbook, performance management structures, and accountability frameworks.
  • HR Transformation: Lead the shift from administrative HR to a strategic business partner model that supports the group’s rapid expansion.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in mid-to-senior HRBP, HR Strategic, or HR Managerial roles.
  • Proven track record in structured and professional environments such as conglomerates, hospitality, retail, tech scale-ups, or real estate developers.
  • Strong strategic HR expertise beyond operational or recruitment functions, including designing and implementing internal frameworks, policies, and governance.
  • Experience advising and reporting to C-level leadership, managing sensitive organizational transitions, and leading complex employee relations and industrial relations issues.
  • Mastery of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja), employment contract structuring (PKWT/PKWTT), company regulations, and collective labor agreements (PKB).
  • Skilled in policy architecture, HR governance, risk mitigation, performance management, and high-stakes ER/IR situations, including terminations and reorganizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, leadership presence, and professional fluency in English for communication, reporting, and documentation.
