The Job
- Ensure all academic programs are delivered in line with approved quality standards and guidelines
- Conduct annual and periodic internal quality audits across the institute and branches
- Prepare and maintain documentation in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Manage quality assurance processes for external partners and institutional operations
- Implement and monitor academic quality procedures, identifying gaps and improvements
- Ensure compliance with UGC, Ministry, and University requirements while supporting strategic QA plans
- Prepare annual reports and maintain proper records for regulatory bodies
- Develop, review, and update policies, by-laws, and standard operating procedures
- Provide guidance and training to branch staff on academic administration and quality assurance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties assigned by management
The Person
- Holds a Master’s Degree (or higher) in Education, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic or Administrative roles within Higher Education
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and maintaining academic standards
- Excellent analytical, research, and data interpretation skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in report writing and documentation
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement
