Role Overview

As an Associate UI/UX Designer, you will support the design team in creating user-friendly, visually appealing digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into intuitive interfaces and continuously improve our product based on user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
• Translate user needs and business requirements into design solutions
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and usability
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Strong attention to detail and visual design skills (typography, color, layout)
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prototyping tools and user testing platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Interest in data-driven design and product thinking
