Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured management development program with exposure to all core hotel departments.
- Assist in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize operational and financial performance.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and guest experience.
- Contribute to revenue management and sales strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of operations, marketing, and guest services with organizational objectives.
- Participate in strategic projects such as new service launches, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance, quality standards, and brand compliance.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management for strategic actions.
Requirements
- Age should be 30 years or below.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Finance, HR, Strategic Management and Marketing from reputed university/institute.
- Demonstrates personality and attitude aligned with the core values of the company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in English (both spoken and written).
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior internship or experience in hospitality (preferred but not required).
