The Role

This is not a support role. This is not a coordinator position.

As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for making sure the agency runs the way it should. Tasks completed on time. Teams aligned. Clients managed properly. Deliverables going out with clear thinking behind them.

You will sit between our creative team, account managers, and leadership. The connective tissue that keeps everything moving.

What You Will Own

• Day to day task execution across all active client accounts
• Team accountability and internal discipline
• Making sure every deliverable goes out on time with a clear reason behind it
• Communication between creatives, account managers, and leadership
• Managing client expectations and handling scope head on
• Running weekly reviews and building a culture of structured thinking

You Are

• A people person who can work across all levels of a team
• Structured and process oriented in how you think
• Assertive. You do not fold under pressure and you do not people please
• Calm when things get messy. And they will
• Someone who wants to grow fast and is willing to do the work to get there
