The Role: Finance Intern
You’ll be working closely with the team to support day-to-day financial operations and keep everything accurate, organized, and up to date.
This role is ideal if you’re someone who likes structure, pays attention to the small details, and wants to understand how finance actually works in a real business.
Duration: 6 Months
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in tracking company income, expenses, and overall financial records
- Maintain and update financial data in spreadsheets and internal systems
- Help manage and maintain a payroll management system, including tracking consultant payments, salaries, and ensuring timely processing
- Help with invoice preparation, payment tracking, and basic reconciliations
- Support monthly financial reporting and summaries
- Organize and maintain financial documents, receipts, and records
- Assist in budgeting and expense monitoring
- Work with the team to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial data
- Help identify discrepancies or missing information and flag them early
- Support simple financial analysis tasks when needed
You’ll Thrive If You:
- Are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Are highly detail-oriented and naturally organized
- Are comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Have strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Can maintain accuracy even when handling repetitive tasks
- Have good English communication skills
- Are reliable, consistent, and able to meet deadlines
- Are a quick learner with a proactive mindset
