This isn’t your average internship. You’ll step into a high-ownership role focused on keeping our internal systems, teams, and delivery engine running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Team Operations & Pod Visibility

  • Conduct daily check-ins across active pods to understand: Work progress, Team morale and energy, Communication flow
  • Identify blockers, risks, or inefficiencies early
  • Escalate urgent issues immediately to the PO
  • Compile weekly summary reports (every Friday) with key insights and patterns
  • Act as the “eyes and ears” of the PO across all teams

ClickUp & Task Management

  • Maintain daily ClickUp hygiene across all pods
  • Ensure all tasks are assigned correctly, have clear deadlines, and are in the right status
  • Identify and flag: Stalled tasks, Overdue items, Missing or unclear task details
  • Keep the system clean, structured, and reliable

Weekly Reporting & Team Updates

  • Compile weekly production reports including: Turnaround times, Delivery performance, QA outcomes
  • Collect updates from Project Managers
  • Consolidate everything into one clear, structured summary for the PO
  • Present information in a way that supports fast decision-making

Client Call Brief Preparation

  • Prepare pre-call briefs for the PO before scheduled client calls
  • Summarize: Current project status across pods, Recent client feedback, Client sentiment (happy/neutral/frustrated), Risks, delays, or highlights
  • Highlight anything critical that the PO should be aware of
  • Continuously improve the quality of briefs based on feedback

SOP Documentation (Mentored by PO)

  • Learn internal processes directly from the PO
  • Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on guidance
  • Structure documentation clearly and logically
  • Revise based on feedback and build a central SOP library

QA Spot Checks

  • Perform first-level QA checks using predefined checklists
  • Ensure deliverables meet internal standards before final review
  • Flag inconsistencies or issues to the PO
  • Focus on process accuracy (not creative direction)

Training Progress Tracking (Support Role)

  • Track new hire progress during training periods
  • Ensure completion of Team Trainings
  • Monitor deadlines and accountability
  • Flag delays or concerns to the PO

Competitor Research & Strategic Support

(Shared responsibility with PO — not fully delegated)

  • Support the PO in competitor research for selected clients
  • Analyze: Social media activity, Websites, Ads, and positioning, LinkedIn presence
  • Identify: Market trends, Opportunities for improvement or new services
  • Compile findings into structured briefs
  • Work alongside the PO to refine insights

Testimonial & Review Tracking

  • Track testimonial outreach initiated by the PO
  • Monitor responses and follow-ups
  • Ensure all testimonials are: Collected, Organized, Properly logged
  • Prevent missed opportunities

Team Culture & Internal Support

  • Assist in planning internal initiatives: Team events, Bonding activities, Merch/logistics
  • Support execution while the PO leads direction
