Job Role:

The Investor Relations Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving fundraising, investor relations, and capital market initiatives. This position acts as the primary architect of the company’s "equity story," ensuring that business strategies and financial performance are clearly articulated to global investors and analysts.

The role requires a high degree of financial sophistication to handle valuation, due diligence, and M&A support while maintaining transparent communication between senior management and external stakeholders. It also serves as a key liaison to the Board, ensuring the company remains a preferred choice for capital investment in the Southeast Asian FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equity Story & Strategy: Develop and continuously refine the company's equity story, ensuring alignment with growth plans and financial performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
  • Investor Communications: Prepare high-level pitch decks, management Q&A materials, and briefing notes for the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Financial Analysis & Due Diligence: Support valuation and financial modeling processes related to fundraising, M&A, or strategic investments.
  • Board Coordination: Organize Board of Directors meetings, including the preparation of materials, minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor global capital market trends and peer benchmarking to provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Reporting: Produce regular investor reports, including performance updates and strategic development highlights.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Advisory.
  • Solid understanding of global capital markets, including East Asia and Southeast Asia.
  • High financial literacy with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, executive presentations, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Professional business fluency in Mandarin and English for cross-border coordination.
  • High integrity, strategic mindset, and ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to Board-level stakeholders.
