About the Role
Shirohana is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support our growing events portfolio. The role will be primarily focused on Shirohana Events (approximately 90%), including weddings, corporate events, and large-scale floral installations. The remaining time will involve supporting events across our group brands, including MA Café and Villas, as well as assisting with e-commerce coordination.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment and is comfortable coordinating across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end event planning for Shirohana events, from enquiry to execution
Liaise with clients, florists, designers, suppliers, drivers, and venue teams
Assist with event timelines, site visits, logistics, and on-the-day coordination
Support event setup and breakdown when required
Assist with group events for MA Café and Villas as needed
Support e-commerce coordination, including event-related online orders, special requests, and order tracking
Maintain accurate event documentation, schedules, and costing support
Ensure brand standards, quality, and deadlines are met across all events
Requirements
Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak event periods
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Interest in floristry, design, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage
