About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Barista who understands good coffee and great service. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining consistency, and creating a welcoming café experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages to standard
• Dial in coffee, maintain grinders, and ensure consistency
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Assist with stock control and daily prep
• Support trainees and work closely with the team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista preferred
• Strong understanding of espresso, milk texturing, and workflow
• Passion for quality coffee and hospitality
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining standards
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
