🔹 Position: Customer Support Executive – Online Sales (Onsite Job)

📍 Location: Colombo 06, Sri Lanka

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms
• Assist customers with product details, pricing, and order placement
• Convert inquiries into successful sales
• Manage and follow up on customer orders and deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with warehouse/showroom teams for order processing
• Support daily online sales operations and targets

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: O/L or A/L (Diploma is an added advantage)
• Previous experience in customer service or online sales is preferred
• Strong communication skills (Sinhala & English required; Tamil is a plus)
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
