We are looking for a detail oriented Business Analyst to support process documentation and improvement, SOP development, and MIS/KPI reporting across a fast-growing, multi-vertical startup environment.

Role

• Document and map business processes across functions

• Develop and maintain SOPs and procedure manuals

• Support ERP implementation and process improvements

• Prepare MIS reports and track KPIs

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows

Profile

• Part-qualified / pursuing Business, Finance, or related field

• Fresh or up to 1–2 years relevant work experience

• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking

• Good Excel skills and ERP exposure is a plus

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
