We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support process compliance and continuous improvement across a fast-growing, multi vertical, ERP enabled organization.

Role

• Monitor process compliance across all functions on a agreed review program
• Perform routine inventory verification and physical checks
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, system workflows, and defined processes
• Identify process gaps and weaknesses, and work with departments to recommend and implement improvements
• Participate in regular meetings with cross functional teams to update on control environment / and compliance score cards
• Support ERP-related process developments

Profile

• Part-qualified / pursuing Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Fresh or up to 1 year experience
• Strong attention to detail and discipline
• Basic Excel skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
