Sales Admin Intern – HoReCa Division

Company: Promo Lanka Holdings (PLM / EKTC) Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka Internship Duration:6 Months

About the Internship

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Interns to support our Sales, Category, and Supply Chain teams.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to real business operations, including quotations, project coordination, and customer handling within the HoReCa industry.

What You Will Learn

  • How to prepare professional quotations and proposals
  • Basics of pricing, costing, and product selection
  • Exposure to hotel & restaurant project workflows (BOQs, tenders)
  • Understanding of supply chain coordination and procurement
  • Working with real clients and sales teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing quotations and RFQs
  • Support in maintaining price lists and product databases
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, availability, and documentation
  • Help organize project documents and BOQs
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and updates
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting
