About the Internship
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Interns to support our Sales, Category, and Supply Chain teams.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to real business operations, including quotations, project coordination, and customer handling within the HoReCa industry.
What You Will Learn
- How to prepare professional quotations and proposals
- Basics of pricing, costing, and product selection
- Exposure to hotel & restaurant project workflows (BOQs, tenders)
- Understanding of supply chain coordination and procurement
- Working with real clients and sales teams
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quotations and RFQs
- Support in maintaining price lists and product databases
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, availability, and documentation
- Help organize project documents and BOQs
- Follow up on sales inquiries and updates
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
