Occupational Health & Safety Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Health & Safety Executiveto join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture across the organization while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and sustain a health & safety culture across people, leadership, and processes
• Implement and monitor SLCP and COSAMA health & safety requirements
• Track and improve LTIFR / LTISR performance indicators
• Manage and maintain the HSPM (Health & Safety Performance Management)framework
• Conduct monthly risk assessments and ensure timely mitigation actions
• Coordinate and deliver safety trainings, events, and awareness programs
• Ensure compliance with licenses, statutory requirements, and ISO 45001 standards
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to health & safety systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in Occupational Health & Safety roles
• Strong hands-on experience in SLCP, COSAMA, and safety culture development
• Good understanding of LTIFR / LTISR metrics and reporting
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 standards and compliance requirements
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Relevant professional qualifications in Health & Safety will be an added advantage
