Business Development Executive / Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Business Development Executive / Manager to drive growth and expand the market presence of our kids’ brand Giggles. If you are passionate about understanding children’s trends and building impactful campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and retail channels for Giggles products.
• Plan and execute campaigns and promotions around school timings, children’s festivals, and seasonal events.
• Research and stay updated on trending kids’ products, toys, and stationery in the market.
• Understand children’s preferences, parents’ buying behavior, and cultural trends to tailor campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop creative promotional strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
• Build relationships with schools, retail outlets, and online platforms to enhance product reach.
• Support the brand in participating in events, exhibitions, or fairs targeted at children and families.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in kids’ products, toys, or stationery.
• Good understanding of children, their culture, festivals, and trends.
• Strong research, analytical, and market-sensing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to design innovative campaigns and promotions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media campaigns is a plus.
