We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making within our fast-growing retail and e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and balance sheets.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal accounting policies.
• Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.
• Provide insights on cost control, profitability, and financial improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Chartered Accountant (part/complete).
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of taxes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
