Colombo, Sri LankaLKR 90,000 - 90,000/monthOne of our reputed clients is seeking dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join their team. This role involves engaging with customers over calls, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
WORK TYPE: Hybrid
WORKING HOURS: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Sri Lanka Time – UK Calendar)
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Promote and explain products/services effectively to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
