One of our reputed clients is seeking proactive and dedicated Project Technical Engineers to join their Wind Turbine Generator project team. This role involves supporting project execution, installation, and commissioning activities while ensuring smooth coordination and timely project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Project Manager in managing wind turbine installation engineering processes including hoisting, mechanical assembly, and electrical connections.
• Support on-site commissioning and trial operations of wind turbine equipment.
• Supervise installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project owners, civil contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress, installation quality, and commissioning timelines.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical challenges during project execution.
• Facilitate coordination between technical teams and on-site personnel to ensure timely completion.
• Perform additional on-site engineering and project support tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Civil, or related field).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience or exposure to power, electrical, or renewable energy industry is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Valid driving license is required.
