One of our reputed clients is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update systems accordingly.
  • Achieve call handling and service quality targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy.
