The Job
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, seminars, and workshops
- Develop and update teaching materials in line with current industry trends
- Prepare assignments, assessments, and examination papers
- Mark student work within agreed timelines and provide constructive feedback
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and student support
- Supervise student projects, research work, theses, and dissertations
- Conduct research and contribute to publications and academic conferences
- Collaborate on research projects and funding proposals
- Participate in curriculum development and academic committees
- Engage in continuous professional development
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and ethical learning environment
- Contribute to academic, administrative, and institutional activities
The Person
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree (Level 10) with at least 1 year of relevant experience OR
- A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (First Class / Second Class Upper) with experience OR
- A Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Lower) with relevant experience OR
- A 3-year Degree with Second Class Upper in a relevant field with experience
Experience
For Lecturer:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry
- Proven experience in lecturing and academic delivery
- Research and publication experience is an advantage
- PhD qualification will be an added advantage
For Assistant Lecturer:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, research, or professional work
- Prior experience as an instructor or tutor is an advantage
