One of our reputed clients in the Commercial Vehicle / Automotive industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead their sales network and drive market expansion. The role focuses on developing dealer networks, managing key accounts, and increasing sales volumes across assigned regions.
The ideal candidate should be a strategic sales professional with strong industry experience, capable of building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales growth and volume targets across assigned regions and dealer networks.
- Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Support dealers in achieving sales targets through training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–9 years of experience in commercial vehicle / automotive sales.
- Proven track record in business development and key account management.
- Strong understanding of the local market, customer segments, and dealer networks.
- Ability to drive sales volumes and revenue growth.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
