Key Responsibilities

Sales & Demand Analysis
  • Analyze historical e-commerce sales data and trends to forecast future product demand by season, division, and core categories.
  • Identify business opportunities, risks, and performance gaps through data analysis.
Merchandise Planning
  • Develop comprehensive e-commerce merchandise plans on a weekly, monthly, half-year, and annual basis as the company’s largest flagship channel.
  • Prepare and manage: Sales plans aligned with company targets; Initial allocation plans; Inventory plans to support availability and turnover
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Merchandising and Inventory Control teams on: Price action planning; E-commerce size inventory top-up and reduction.
  • Coordinate with Marketing/Digital teams and other related departments to align commercial and promotional activities.
Omnichannel & Platform Integration
  • Integrate merchandise plans with key business touchpoints, including: E-commerce website merchandising; Digital/SNS communications; Customer acquisition initiatives; O2O store promotions; E-commerce inventory and warehouse operations
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Monitor and manage sales performance, gross profit, and inventory health after plan execution.
  • Make timely decisions and corrective actions based on business performance, market trends, and changing conditions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in data analysis, trend evaluation, and risk/opportunity assessment
  • Solid understanding of basic statistics and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick thinker with strong adaptability in handling large datasets and tight deadlines
  • High level of computer literacy, including experience with internal systems for sales and customer data analysis
  • Strong commercial awareness, including market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and macroeconomic factors
