Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Demand Analysis
  • Analyze historical e-commerce sales data and market trends to forecast future product demand across seasons, divisions, and key categories.
  • Identify business opportunities, potential risks, and performance gaps through data-driven insights.
  1. Merchandise Planning
  • Develop comprehensive e-commerce merchandise plans on a weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis for the company’s primary sales channel.
  • Prepare and manage:Sales plans aligned with company targets Initial product allocation strategies Inventory plans to ensure optimal stock availability and turnover
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Inventory Control teams on:Pricing strategies and adjustments Inventory balancing, including size-level replenishment and reduction

  • Coordinate with Marketing/Digital teams and other stakeholders to align promotional and commercial initiatives.

  1. Omnichannel & Platform Integration
  • Align merchandise plans with key business touchpoints, including:E-commerce website merchandising Digital and social media communications Customer acquisition initiatives O2O (online-to-offline) promotions Inventory and warehouse operations
  1. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track and evaluate sales performance, gross profit, and inventory health post-implementation.
  • Take timely actions and adjust strategies based on business performance, market trends, and changing conditions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in data analysis, trend evaluation, and risk/opportunity assessment
  • Solid understanding of basic statistics and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick thinker with strong adaptability in handling large datasets and tight deadlines
  • High level of computer literacy, including experience with internal systems for sales and customer data analysis
  • Strong commercial awareness, including market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and macroeconomic factors
