One of our reputed clients in the Commercial Vehicle / Automotive industry is seeking a technically strong and operationally focused Channel Service Manager to oversee service networks and ensure high-quality after-sales support. The role focuses on managing workshops, improving service performance, and ensuring maximum vehicle uptime.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and experience in service operations, capable of working closely with dealer and service partner networks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and optimize service operations across dealer and partner workshops.
- Ensure high levels of vehicle uptime and service quality.
- Monitor and improve after-sales service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee spare parts business, including availability, inventory, and sales growth.
- Provide technical guidance and support to dealer/service partner teams.
- Implement service standards, processes, and best practices across the network.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of service partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support training and development of service staff and technicians.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–9 years of experience in commercial vehicle / automotive service operations.
- Strong technical background in vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
- Experience managing workshops, service centers, or dealer networks.
- Good understanding of after-sales service operations and spare parts management.
- Ability to drive improvements in uptime, efficiency, and service quality.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
