Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting Compliance & Data Quality Governance

• Own the reporting compliance process for all weekly and monthly submissions from PMs and Workstream Leads.

• Validate submission timeliness, template adherence, and completeness.

• Follow up on delays, missing inputs, and repeated defaulters.

• Maintain structured compliance logs and trend dashboards.

  1. Issue & Action Analytics (JIRA)

• Review JIRA weekly to analyze issue ageing, overdue actions, and recurrence patterns.

• Prepare structured analytics by workstream, severity, and assignee.

• Highlight systemic risks and escalate persistent non-compliance.

• Recommend improvements to strengthen issue management discipline.

3. Timesheet Compliance & Analytics

• Monitor timesheet submissions and send proactive reminders before cutoffs.

• Track defaulters, exception cases, and chronic delays.

• Publish weekly and monthly compliance trends.

• Partner with leads to improve adherence and reduce exceptions.

4. Resource Load & Capacity Analytics

• Prepare weekly utilization and resource load reports for ~150 resources.

• Forecast over- or under-allocation for a three-month horizon.

• Support leadership with data insights for better resource planning.

Qualification- BE/Btech/MCA (Full Time) in Information Technology

Additional Information:

• Report to: Director - PMO

• Works closely with: PMs, Workstream Leads, Practice Heads, Managed Services Leads, and Business Operations

• This is Hybrid model working (3 days work from office)

• 2 Virtual rounds in the process

Required Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)- IT, CS, E&CE, MCA
