The Senior Executive, Client Services and Retention role at We are Team Rocket is a strategic position responsible for managing lead generation campaigns, client relationships, and ensuring long term client retention through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management - Own and manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring proactive communication, strong relationship management, and high client satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis and Strategic Reporting -Lead the preparation of detailed client reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Database and Information Management - Oversee and maintain accurate, well-structured client databases, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across systems.
- Project Leadership and Coordination - Coordinate and lead cross functional execution of client deliverables, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and performance benchmarks are met.
- Client Retention and Growth - Drive client retention strategies through regular performance reviews, presentations, and proactive problem solving while identifying opportunities for account expansion.
- Process Optimization and Tool Management - Work across multiple platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
What we are looking for;
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in client services, account management, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience handling client interactions independently.
- Proven experience working with databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and automation tools or have the ability to learn on the job.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in technical and data driven environments involving multiple platforms and automation systems.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities with a proactive mindset.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or outreach driven environments.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools, email automation platforms, or data enrichment tools.
