One of our reputed clients in the Kitchen and Bathroom Furniture Manufacturing Industry is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive – HR & Admin to join their team. The role focuses on supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and managing administrative functions while maintaining accurate reporting and employee records.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and HRIS updates.
- Assist in payroll preparation.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Assist in statutory compliance including EPF, ETF, and Labour Department requirements.
- Ensure HR policies align with legal requirements.
- Support the HR team in ensuring timely and accurate reporting for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in welfare facilities and administrative matters of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lanka labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Proven experience in leading and managing HRM functions, including policy implementation, staff development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP will be an added advantage).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Residing within proximity to Mirigama will be an advantage.
