We Are Team Rocket is a marketing technology company seeking a proactive individual to support and enhance our workplace operations and IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. IT Management
- Handle all office software and hardware requirements.
- Assess IT equipment needs based on priority, issue, and the best possible solution.
- Manage IT equipment purchases by obtaining a minimum of 3 quotations before procurement.
- Research and identify effective IT solutions for technical issues (e.g., network compatibility, system limitations).
- Proactively forecast future IT requirements and potential issues.
- Ensure quick resolution of IT problems to minimize operational and efficiency loss.
- Maintain uninterrupted office Wi-Fi and coordinate with the internet service provider (ISP) when needed.
2. Workplace Administration
- Manage day-to-day office maintenance and asset upkeep.
- Handle repairs and replacements (lights, electrical fittings, furniture, etc.) promptly.
- Coordinate with external service providers (electricians, technicians, AC repair teams).
- Oversee office upgrades and renovation initiatives in coordination with Finance and Administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with workplace requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance requirements are handled on time.
- Assess office needs (e.g., lighting, workspace improvements) and take timely action based on priority and urgency.
- Replace or repair any damaged office items without delay.
3. Office Setup & Space Planning
- Understand and plan office furniture requirements (tables, seating, layout).
- Decide on appropriate sizes, seating capacity, and space utilization based on team needs.
- Ensure efficient use of office space and infrastructure.
4. Staff Welfare & Office Supplies
- Oversee the planning and management of monthly office supplies and essential workplace resources to ensure operational continuity.
- Support the coordination and execution of office events, including planning, logistics, and overall experience.
5. Vendor & Purchase Management
- Maintain records of all office vendors and software purchases.
- Follow up with vendors for deliveries, renewals, and support.
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams.
After the training period, report directly under the Finance function.
